What and who is a good Leader?
A good leader. Everyone has a different perception on what a good leader actually is, for insistence some people may take Hitler to be a good leader and others look up Obama as the leader. There is a complete opposite way Hitler showed leadership to the people that is why he only lasted a short amount of time whilst Obama has been in office for 7 years now. A few things that make a good leader are Vision, courage, integrity and strategic planning. Great leaders can see into the future and have a good idea of the outcomes that will come. To take risks and achieve your goals you need courage, because there is no knowledge of what will actually happen you need to take a leap of faith. Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. To envision a desired future strategic planning is needed, broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them. Some leaders that show these attributes are Aung San Suu Kyi, Dalai Lama, Malala Yousafazai, Alexander the great, Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King Jr and Nelson Mandala.
Leaders who use there power for the bad.Leaders that did not use there power to influence or to give positive vibes are Adolf Hitler, Kim jong II, Pol Pot and Joseph Stalin. Adolf Hitler thought only of himself and world domination. And was a mass murderer to 6 million jews. Kim Jong II Family and himself had made Korea divided for many decades. Families have been separated and if someone dare to escape out of the country, people behind them will be killed. Other dictators might be evil, but Pol Pot was an idiot who almost threw Cambodia back to the stone ages. People who did not agree with Joseph Stalin during the World War II and the soviet republic, were taken from their homes and sent to "working camps" or were tortured and killed by the KGB.

Inspiring person.Someone who has inspired me the most is a young girl called Ruby Bridges. Ruby was the first black child to desegregate an all-white school in Louisiana. She stood up against all the bad comments and did not let it get to her as she and a lot of black families. She inspired people everywhere to integrate because segregation was against the Constitution, and people began to realize that it was wrong, and they should put a stop to it.

Leadership in the city reflection. |
My role was being a communicator I was to ring Ms. Shannon at 11:00 am and tell her the current location.
I enjoyed everything about the day making memories that I shall cherish for a life time. The thing I loved the most was the freedom we got and the trust the teachers gave us on the whole day, experiencing new things which was great. The thing that I least enjoyed was not having enough time to actually visit and explore the places we were suppose to go to. |
